I have to say the thing we were most impressed with on the day was your incredible people skills – with both of us having such large families it can be difficult to get them all organised and a certain amount of ‘crowd control’ is needed! You did it all in such a nice and pleasant way that everyone was more than happy to co-operate with you on the day. I love all the photos you got of our little nieces and nephews, you are amazing with kids – especially impressed that you got Katie smiling as she normally runs away when she sees a camera!
